Live painting requires approximately a 6'x6' area with good visibility of your chosen scene. The photo booth needs about an 8'x8' space for setup and guest movement. The audio guestbook only needs a small cocktail table. I'll review your floor plan to suggest areas that would be optimal for visibility and provide ample space for guest flow.

Absolutely! I'm used to working alongside other vendors and will collaborate with your photography team to ensure we're not competing for the same spaces or angles. I can also coordinate a painting reveal at the end of the night.

I recommend booking 8-12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May-October). Since I can only be at one wedding per day, I do have mulitple photo booths and attendants that can be provided.

I build flexibility into my schedule and work closely with your planner or coordinator to adjust as needed. For live painting, I can begin with background elements and adapt to any timeline shifts by capturing posed photos for the painting before/after the event has occurred.
